LeaderTask is a versatile software tool that helps your organize and manage your tasks, be they personal, professional, work-related, study-related or of any other nature. The greatest benefit of the program is probably the facts that it allows you to organize your tasks into projects, create sub-tasks and work in cooperation with other LeaderTask users.
The program's main window contains three panels that allow you to use it just like an appointment book. The first panel, in fact, includes a calendar you can use to select any day of the year, and once you do so, you can select the hour of the day in the third panel and start adding tasks and/or notes. The second panel, located in the middle of the program's main window, is also dedicated to the selected date and allows you to add tasks, sub-tasks, notes and sub-notes in a more detailed way. Besides, both the second and the third panels allow you to perform additional actions with your tasks, like assigning them to a specific project and/or to a specific person.
The core functionality of the program, however, might be centered in the first panel. There you can create a new project and a "staff" for it by adding participants to that project. You can also create sub-projects and start adding tasks to them. Moreover, you can edit a task's properties to assign it to a specific team member, change its assigned project or sub-project, and add tags and contacts to it. You can also rotate the status of a task among not started, in progress, on hold, canceled and completed, and even attach files to it. more
